“Ray loved Johnny Cash playing on the jukebox. He loved loved his Castillo Rum and Coke. I use to give him diet 😉 and hold the rum here and there. We all cared for Ray at Zinos and at The Arbor and we looked after him. We made sure he ate something while he was enjoying happy hours and that he ate something daily if not while out. Ray had a great sense of humor and told lots of jokes. He loved to watch Nascar. Ray will truly be missed and I am thankful to have been able to know this man.”

“I first want to say I want to give my deepest condelences to Rays family. I've known Ray quite a few years now, about 9 years. Ray was a great guy! He was a veteran having served our country. We use to talk everyday and he would bring books from his time in the Navy and share many memories. Ray could throw down with the best of us, he knew how to have a good time. Everyone in Deep Creek knew and loved Ray. I use to call him "Norm" in reference to 3 Cheers bar customer that was always there. RI”
