He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Janet B. Crowder and Patsy M. Crowder; and his uncle Clyde "C. J." Smithson, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Crowder and Ruby Crowder; his siblings, Christopher Crowder and Katelyn Crowder; his grandparents, Clyde, Ceddella Smithson and Marvin Crowder, Jr.; his aunts and uncles, Mary Spadafora, James Smithson, Allan Crowder (Teresa) and Lee Crowder (Amy); and his great-uncle Melvin Smithson.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Briggs Funeral Home and Crematory (1748 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Great Hope Baptist Church (1401 S Battlefield Blvd S, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A burial was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chesapeake Memorial Gardens (524 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
