He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wilkey and Carrie Baker Wilkey; and his siblings, George R. Wilkey, J. C. Clark, Floyd Wilkey, Eddie Wilkey, Jr., Bernice Hobbs and Leona Baker-Wilkey.
He is survived by: his wife Estelle; his children, David Wilkey (Kim), Tammy Jo Inge (Michael Moranha) and Eddie Wilkey (Lynelle); his great grandchildren, Marissa Wilkey, Chloe Wilkey, Braden Prim, Blake Prim and Baylee Prim; Oscar Velasquez. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and special friends.
