With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Neuner of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Marie Neuner; his stepson Eric Miller; and his daughter Jennifer Eppinger-Cole. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Neuner; his brother Arthur Neuner; his grandchildren, Samuel Eppinger, Haley Miller, Lexington Cole, Colten Cole and Eric Miller; and his stepson Daniel Miller. He is also survived by in-laws; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oman Funeral Home (653 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
