Register Jr. (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on January 10, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy M. Register and Joseph T. Register, Sr.; and his son James Warren Register. He is survived by: his wife Holly D. Register; his sister Judy R. Kah (Paul); his children, Joseph T. Register III, Natasha A. McCarty (Mark), Mary Elena Register and Masha Register; his grandchildren, Joseph W. Register, Nathan J. Register and Emma Marie McCarty; his great grandchild Joseph W. Register, Jr.; and his close friend Charlie Register.

Memorial contribution may be made in Joe's memory to the Shriners Children's Hospitals in care of the Khedive Shrine Temple.
