He is survived by: his significant other Gina Gillespie; his parents, Richard Shifflett and Nicole Shifflett of Moyock, NC; his son Joshua Shifflett, Jr.; his brothers, Jeromy Shifflett (Karleen) and Shane Shifflett (Megan Davis); his nieces, Alexis Shifflett and Brooklyn Shifflett; his nephew Sebastian Shifflett; his cousin Kayla Zuchowski; and his uncles, David Zuchowski and Mick Shifflett.
