We are sad to announce that, on September 2, 2022, at the age of 73, Judith McGinley (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Portsmouth, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Bryant and Paul Harrell; and her siblings, Brenda and Wayne. She is survived by: her husband Voyce "Donnie" McGinley, Jr.; her siblings, Marion (Teddy) and Gary (Teresa); her daughter Rose Sullivan (Steve); her grandchildren, Maria, Sarah and Joshua Bright; her sons, Voyce "Don" McGinley (Nancy) and Dave McGinley (Sandra); and her granddaughter Maggie.
