He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Partain and Joyce Boyd Partain. He is survived by: his wife Vanessa H. Partain; his son Justin R. Partain; his siblings, Joyce Elliott Bost (Curtis), Julie Burns (Melvin), Dan Partain (Gail), John Partain (Jean) and James Partain; and his brother-in-law Walter Hall (Pamela). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Good News Baptist Church Building Fund.
