He is survived by: his wife Eva Keenan; his stepchildren, Jacob, Erik and Megan Dean; his son Christopher Keenan of Newport News, VA; and his siblings, Edna K. Skelton (Mike) of Shawnee, Kansas and Michael Keenan (Nancy) of Hertford, NC..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Bridge Chapel (524 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
