She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Collins (William); her husband Ken; her children, Kenzie, Collin and Caleb; her father Bernard W Collins (Carla); her mother-in-law JoAnn Faytik; her sister Jeneane A Collins (Troy); her stepsiblings, Michol Miller (Steven), Jennie Anders (Chris), Brian Handza (Kristy) and Thimothy Anderson; and her brother-in-law Scott (Pam).
