He is survived by: his wife Vashti A. Williams; his children, Larry C. Williams, Jr. of Portsmouth, VA and Shameka Harris (Lionel) of Chesapeake, VA; his siblings, Deborah Morton of Suffolk, VA, Thomas Williams (Connie) of San Antonio, TX and Marvin Williams (Ernesta) of New York; his grandchildren, Trey Williams, Melia Harris and Judah Harris; and his great grandchild True Christful. He is also survived by seven sisters in-law, three brothers in-law, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
