He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll W. Lasyone and Autumn Fern Thompson; and his wife Patricia "Pat" Louise Lasyone. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Johnson, Mark Lasyone and Diana Miller; his granddaughter Mariah Lynne; Leslie Anne Johnson, Julia Autumn Lasyone, Christian Alexander Lasyone, Gabriel Elijah Lasyone, Harrison Isaiah Lasyone and Matthew Kyle Miller.
