It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence C. Harris Jr. (Chesapeake, Virginia), who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys "Dee" Martin and Lawrence C. Harris, Sr.; his stepfather Harry Martin; his sister Aleathia "Niecy" Harris; and his son Tremaine V. Pugh.
He is survived by: his children, Mia A. Pugh-Marchand, Darrell Lee, Antonio R. Pugh and Marlon R. Carney; his siblings, Mary R. Waters, Trena Harris, Lisa Harris, James Harris, Glam Harris and Tony Harris; and his grandchildren, Quadarius Walton, Tamia Pugh, Tremaine "Taedarius" Pugh, Kautious McNeil, Mason Liffick and Khadijah Lebrew. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
