She is survived by: her children, Mark Hendricks (Cheryl), Sean Hendricks (Andrea) and Kathleen Shackley (Mark); her grandchildren, Myles Hendricks (Ashlea-Rae), Angela Carley (Christopher), Krista Hendricks, Ryan Hendricks, Evan Shackley, Judson Hendricks and Maria Herrell (Christopher); and her great grandchildren, Zoey Carley, Aria Carley, Grayson Hendricks and Sloane Hendricks.
