He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Phillips; and his sister Sylvia Diane Davis. He is survived by: his wife Robin Davis; his grandchildren, Hunter Palmer and Abby Palmer; his stepdaughter April Hoggard; and his siblings, Rodney Phillips, Vanessa Davis Twiford, Donna Phillips Nash and Marsha Phillips Allen.
