He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrew Antonik and Helen Marie Fundalewicz Antonik; and his siblings, Carl Antonik (Nancy) and Diane Shock (Joseph). He is survived by: his children, Marc Leonard Antonik (Lynette Hauf) of Seneca Falls, Troy Michael Antonik (Lisa) of Lake Mary, Florida and Amy Marie Spence (Greg) of Seminole, Florida; his grandchildren, Emma, Paige Antonik, Piper, Summer Spence and Peyton Spence; his sister Deborah Ent (Jorden) of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Antonik (Carl) of State College, Pennsylvania and Joseph Shock (Diane) of Owings Mills, Maryland.
