He is survived by: his wife Phyllis W. MacDougall; his son Leslie MacDougall, Jr.; his wife Sharon; his daughter Lori Walker (Geoff); and his grandchildren, Angela Lawrence (Stevie), Daniel MacDougall, Kyle Walker, Alex Walker and Andy Walker.
