With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lillian Margaret Countess of Chesapeake, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schaper and Anna Marie Schaper (Nollmyer); her aunt Min; and her siblings, Bill, Richard, Arnold, Thelma, Gertrude and Connie.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Countess (Marta) of Allentown, PA and Stacie Steele (David) of Toano, VA; her grandchildren, Ashley Mau (Jeff), Aryn Marin (Justin), Tyler Countess and Brooks Countess; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Presley, Jonah, Rion and Wren; her sisters, Patsy, Betty, Frieda and Sharon; and her pet Maggie.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wicker's Crab Pot (4201 Indian River Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23325).
