She is survived by: her husband Lester Howell; her brother Cliff Adams; her sons-in-law, James Arp, Togie Payne and Kenneth Littrell; her grandson Thomas Arp; her children, Debbie Arp, Charity Waldman (David) and Chip Wilson (Veronica); her great grandchildren, Valentina, Victoria, Charles, Carol Jones (Mark) and Phyllis Churm (Steve); her sons, Rocky (Megan) and Steven (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Savanna and Aria; and her son-in-law Chuck Wilson.
