She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hammond Collins and Jacqueline Adair Triplett Collins; her husband Richard J. Davis Jr.; her significant other Ronald Monroe Cox; her daughter Jaime Davis Crabtree; Gracie Lee VanDyck.

She is survived by: her children, Richard J. Davis III (Cathy) and Ashley Davis Wareham (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Rebecca Crabtree, Tut Crabtree (Kayla), Michael Davis and Whit Davis; her great grandchildren, Rylan and Blip; her siblings, Buddy Collins (Jo) and Cricket Collins Walton (late Edgar Walton); her nieces and nephews, Lori Nelms (Ryan), Sharon Walton Rhyne, Tiffany Walton and Dax Collins; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rylea, Ryan Justin Nelms, Logan Nelms and Lucas Walton; her aunt Carolyn Collins Martinez; and her stepmother Debby Collins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Lori's honor to the Roc Solid Foundation.
