Lorraine leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Lorraine’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Lorraine will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin F. Lang and Minnie Hunkler Lang; and her daughter Cheryl L. Huckins. She is survived by: her husband Gerald L. Stemm; and her children, Teresa, Deborah, Pamela, Katherine and Gordon. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home & Crematory (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (8100 Granby St, Norfolk, VA 23505).
