She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Butchman and Harold N. Stevens; her husband George Wesley Chase; and her brother Charles Stevens. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Moseley (David) and Wesley Chase (Ellen); and her grandchildren, Daniel Chase (Kayla), Kyle Chase, Nicole O'Hara (Dustin) and David Moseley III (Danielle). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
