She is survived by: her husband Clinnie F. Biggs, Sr.; her children, Clinnie F. Biggs, Jr. (Tammy), Clinton F. Biggs (Darlene) and Margarita B. Roebuck (Donald); her great grandchildren, Nicholas Biggs, Michael Biggs, Christian Biggs, Jordan Nicole Boston (Philip), Cole Biggs, Donald Roebuck Jr. (Sara), Daniel Roebuck (Stephanie), Marissa Roebuck, Andrew Roebuck, Madison Grace Roebuck, Avery Dawn Roebuck and Titus Roebuck; her sister-in-law Charlotte B. Balistreri; her nieces, Alice Howell and Sandra Chandler; and her nephew Todd Cook.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Briggs Funeral Home and Crematory (1748 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Indian Creek Baptist Church (1221 Indian Creek Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Indian Creek – Welcome Baptist Church School, 1200 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
