She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Lewless and Margaret Godfrey Lewless; her husband Nathan John "Jay" Eure; her grandson Michael Eure; and her siblings, Mildred Moseley and Alfred Lewless, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Stan Eure (Jan) and Brian Eure (Lorie); her daughter-in-law Beki Owens; her grandchildren, Lindsay Eure (Robert Dozier), Jason Eure (Elle) and Nicole Simms (Kory); and her great grandchildren, Thor, Aowyn, Duke, Jaxton and Tristan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Briggs Funeral Home & Crematory (1748 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
