He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Fordyce Stiles and Billy Joe Stiles; and his father-in-law Douglas Edwin English. He is survived by: his wife Kathy English Stiles; his sons, Philip D. Stiles (Kaylea), Ryan W. Stiles and Sean M. Stiles; his siblings, Marcia Batson (Paul) of McCurdysville and Matthew Stiles (Tara) of Mannington; his mother-in-law Barbara English; his brother-in-law Raymond English (Traci); and his niece Krystal Kennedy (Rob) of Chesapeake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Great Bridge Baptist Church (640 S Battlefield Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23322). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Paws Wide Open Rescue (https://www.zeffy.com), a cause dear to Mark's heart after he and Kathy rescued their beloved dogs.
