He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Henry and Olive May Ball. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. Ball; and his daughters, Andrea Margrave (Tom), Beverly Allgood (Frank) and Cheryl E. Ball. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, as well as many other extended family members and dear friends.
