She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick C. Harper, Sr. and Clara Cobb Harper; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Harper Brown (Pete), Robert H. Harper, Sr. (Barbara), Frederick C. Harper, Jr. (Evelyn) and Gordon Harper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
