She is survived by : her children, Betty Jean (Sergio Estrada), Lenora Edwards, Jerry (Eileen Whitley) and Joseph Whitley; her grandchildren, Tabatha (James Foster), Joshua (Madeline Whitley), Amanda (Matthew White), Kristin Whitley, Rebeca Estrada, Nicolette Estrada, Zachary (Kristen Whitley), Nathaniel Whitley and Hope Whitley; and her great grandchildren, Tessa Foster, Alanah White, Rowan Foster, Summer White, Alexandra Whitley, Wynston Whitley, Amelia Whitley, Henry Whitley, Harrison Whitley, Aubrey Whitley, Natalie Whitley and Evelyn Whitley.

Viewing was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pinecrest Baptist Church (209 Felton Rd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
