Matthew leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Matthew’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Matthew will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his parents, Joseph C. Harrell and Karen Ciccone; his wife Amanda E. Harrell; his stepson Sam; and his brothers, Tyler Harrell and Chris "Skip" Gorman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the One City Church (515 Innovation Dr, Chesapeake, VA 23320).
