He is survived by: his wife Laura Setliff; his sons, Derec Setliff (Jazmine) and Jakeb Setliff (Taylor); his parents, Angelia Setliff (Gregory) and Michael Setliff (Nancy); his siblings, Cheryl Lockhart and Chris Setliff (Jeanine); his siblings' children, Casey Hobbs (Troy), Spencer Ogden and CJ Setliff; his father-in-law Neal Ogden; his brother-in-law Cam Ogden (Therese); his cousin Lorie Jane Tuck; his granddaughter Sadie Rose Setliff; his great-niece Lainey Dee Hobbs; and his friends, Mike, Tammy Nelson and Travis Kane. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
