He was predeceased by: his parents, William McLoughlin and June McLoughlin; his sister Kathleen "Kathy" DiFrancesco; and his brother-in-law Rich LaRocco. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Ashley, Amanda and Shane; and his siblings, Joann LaRocco, William McLoughlin (Bill), Marilyn Smith (Sue), Margaret Farrin (Margy) and James McLoughlin (Jim).
