He is survived by: his parents, Marlene Pantak and Mitchell Pantak; his wife Joanne Pantak; his son Jacob Pantak; his siblings, Millicent (Patrick Gallagher), Michelle (Andreas Garstenauer), Mark Pantak and Martin (Francine Pantak); his nieces and nephews, Catelynn, Lonnie, Gunther, Payge, Clint, Owen and Michael; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lonnie, Jr., Jessica and Macy.
