She was predeceased by: her husband George C. Manuel, Jr.; her parents, John C. Hurd and Dorothy D. Hurd; and her brother William Hurd. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy (Doug), Leigh Anna Flora (Les) and Amy Waller (Gill); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Flora, Brandon Flora (Alyson), Brittany Clark, Carter Waller and Clay Waller; and her great grandchildren, Cameron and Decker Flora.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Great Bridge United Methodist Church.
