She is survived by: her husband Ray E. Skinner III; her son Craig A. Henry; her brother-in-law John Marlowe; her stepson Larry Skinner (Leonette); her granddaughter Adeline Skinner; her sister-in-law Ruth Newton; her nieces, Cindy Blake and Debbie Newton; and her extended family, Lisa Gorski, Patricia Kolb, Natalia Astudillo, Lesa Stamos, Penny Simmons, Billie Parker and Kim Crawford.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chesapeake Memorial Gardens (524 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
