She is survived by: her daughters, Tambrey Ann Zang (Thomas M.), Katherine Matthews Schlickenmaier (Philip) and Amy Marie Pepe (Leonard); her grandchildren, Alex Schlickenmaier, Noah Schlickenmaier Cheyenne, Will Pepe, Julia Pepe and Abby Pepe; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Mason, Levi, Olivia, Patrick, Jackson and Kaleb Schlickenmaier.
In lieu of flowers Patricia requested donations be made in memory of John Matthews to the American Cancer Society http://www.cancer.org. or in memory of Williams Matthews Jr. to the American Heart Association http://www.heart.org.
