He was predeceased by: his father Paul O'Leary (Linda O'Leary); and his sister Shannon O'Leary of Chesapeake. He is survived by: his son Liam O'Leary; the mother of his children Laura O'Leary of Stafford; his daughter Cori Guevara (Juan Guevara) of Midlothian, VA.; his mother Linda O'Leary of Chesapeake; his sister Coleen Stout; his nephew Chayse Stout of Belmont, NC.; and his aunt Jodie Le Roux of Pembroke, MA.
In lieu of flowers, Laura will be collecting donations (Venmo, cash or check) to make a one-time donation to the Stafford Soccer TOPS program or donations directly to Deep Creek Methodist Church in memory of Patrick.
