With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Robert Brooks (Chesapeake, Virginia), born in Moorestown, New Jersey, who passed away on March 30, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Gail Brooks; his daughter Yvonne P. Brooks (John C. Cline); his stepson Jermaine Johnson (Holly); and his grandchildren, Njeri, Nkosi, Njioma, Brianna and Cameron. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Diabetes Association or The National Kidney Foundation.
