He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Vernon Miller and Pauline Lehman Miller; and his brother Wayne Miller. He is survived by: his wife Martha Yoder Miller; his children, Maria Miller Showalter (Dean), P. Randall "Randy" Miller (Amy) and Scott Miller (Debbie); his grandchildren, Morgan Showalter, Seth Showalter, McKenzie Gray (Matthew), Logan Miller, Austin Miller, Caitlyn Mondschein (Greg) and Chase Miller; and his sister Susan Miller Nisley (Andy). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Philip V. Miller Memorial Fund, for the benefit of R.U.N. Ministries and Mt. Pleasant Christian School.
