With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Jacques Muncie of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Jeanette (Dodson); his sons, Russell and Kyle; his daughter-in-law Kaitlyn Lawson (Kaitie); his parents, Robert Muncie and Genevieve Muncie (Thirault); his niece Jessica Gunnels (Muncie); his brother-in-law Ray Dodson; and his cocker spaniel Abby.
