She was predeceased by: her parents, Orris Harcum and Mildred Harcum; her husband Fred G. Bilskis; her granddaughter Jessica Nicole Dalton; and her brothers, Orris Harcum and Richard Harcum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Dalton (Chris) and Susan Reilly (Bob); her siblings, Shirley Baker (Curtis), Jerry Harcum (Kim), Raymond Harcum (Laurel) and Roger Harcum; her grandchildren, Dean, Mandy and Cory; and her great grandchildren, Kaila, Jasmine, Hayley, Evan, Levi, Maverick and Dalton.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (3920 Airline Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
