He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan B. Tejeda Pena and Olinda Aurora Cintron Romero. He is survived by: his spouse Bernardina Francelis Tejeda Gomez; his children, Rafael L. Tejeda, Jr., Jessica Tejeda Maynard and Caroline Tejeda; his grandchildren, Annabelle and Julian Garcia; his brothers, Victor, Jose Miguel, Freddy, Luis and Cesar; and his half-brothers, Hector and Fernando Tejeda.
