He is survived by: his wife Eula Scott; his children, Sebrina Lewis (Artie) of Suffolk, Randolph Scott Jr. (Drena) of Chesapeake, Sterrell Scott of Chesapeake, Toria Edmonds (Maurice) of Suffolk and Randall Scott (Leslie) of Chesapeake; and his siblings, Sterling Scott (Theresa), Vaughn Scott, Patricia Scott, Antoinette Burton (David), Kevin Hill (Georgia), Marvin Hill (Nedra) and Carla Young Ferguson. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
