He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his daughters, Patricia Starks (Zachary), Kelly Basnight (Kevin) and Kimberly Boyer; his grandchildren, Jordan Clark (Anthony), Sydney Basnight, Jacob Basnight, Lukas Starks, McKenzie Starks, Noah Basnight and Everest Zydron; his sister Barbara Robertson (Donald); his niece Bobbi Jo Kwiatkowski; and his great-nephew Jonathan Kwiatkowski.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask for donations to be made to one of the following charities: American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, CHKD, or Shriners Children.
