She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Clifford, Fannie Starcher and Eddie Mayfield Sr.; her great-grandparent Rachel Lee; and her pet Diamond.
She is survived by: her son Jason Mayfield; her grandson Mekhi Loving; her parents, Donna Evans (Terrell) and Jason Mayfield (Robin); her grandmother Teddy Mayfield; her siblings, Angela Mayfield (Tony Brown), Dawnell "Suki" Schofield and Josh Fridley (Tracy); her siblings' children, Phoeneisha Deahl (Bobby), Jordan Fridley, Reagan Fridley, Justin Mayfield, Anthony Schofield, Janathan Schofield (Lexi) and Elijah Mayfield; and her pet Henny. She is also survived by cousins, godchildren, extended family, and friends.
