He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Duncan and Vivian Duncan; his siblings, Phyllis Duncan Hall and Wilbur Duncan; and his grandchildren, Dobbie and Isiah Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Duncan (Duke); his sister Sue Duncan Phillips; and his children, Timothy Ray Duncan and Tami Duncan Jones. He is also survived by Five grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
