He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Henry Morgan and Pauline Amsbaugh Morgan; and his siblings, Doris Stitcher, Barbara Morgan, William Morgan and James Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Darleen Bain Morgan; his children, Sherrie Morgan (Andrea) of Melbourne, FL, Deborah Williams (Michael) of Elizabeth City, NC, Catherine Parsons (Warren) of Stafford, VA, Leslie King (Christian) of Honolulu, HI and Gary Stitcher (Heather) of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Benjamin Wescott, Lauren Carlton (Joshua), Alexander Johnston (Katie), Lexi King, Autumn Garcia, Tasha Nadasdi, Payton Morgan Kifus, Evie Parsons, Christian King, Jr. and Levi King; and his great grandchildren, Aviv Diaz, Elsie Carlton and Shem Tov Diaz.
