He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, Patricia Blair (Edward), Jodie Burdette (Gary) and Richard Nebe Jr. (Tammy); his son-in-law David Maresca; his granddaughters, Lyndsay (Ken), Allyson, Shelby, Amie and Emma; his great grandchildren, Coltyn, Brinley, Luca and Baker; and his siblings, Anne Jordan and David Nebe.
