He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phillips Jr. and Kathryn Vanderstad. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Phillips; his children, Melissa Best (Christopher) and Chad Phillips (Benjamin); his grandchildren, Parker, Abigail and Ethan Best; and his brothers, Bill Phillips (Marilyn), Barry Phillips and Mike Phillips (Lori). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
