Bray of Chesapeake, Virginia, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on May 4, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Bray and Muriel Johnson Bray; his sister-in-law Jane Kremer Bray (Virginia) of Portsmouth; and his nephew Robert Morgan Bray of Richmond, Virginia.. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Blankenship Bray of Chesapeake; his stepchildren, Shannon Michelle (Oscar H. Bejarano) of Norfolk and Shawn Y. Cross of Portsmouth; his grandchildren, Kaylee Michelle and Bryan Oscar Bejarano of Clemson; James Robert Bray (Bobby) of Portsmouth, Virginia..
