Lewis (Barb) and Mary Anne Currey; his children, Robert B. Lewis, IV (Kim), Steven T. Lewis, Sr. (Debbie) and Terrie L. Crummett (Bill); his grandchildren, Steven Jr. (Carmen), Ryan, Taryn, Garrett, Brendan, Madison and Halle; and his great grandchildren, Vega and Ripley.

The family suggests donations to the Alzheimer Association in his memory.
